Application
TP-100St is a portable tester for measuring the density index of various liquid or liquid mixtures. It is widely used in various industries such as water treatment, petrochemical, food processing, pharmaceutical, dairy, archaeological, mining and shipping etc.
Working principle & Structure
1) Straight rod type, measuring depth 200mm~660mm;
2) Cable type, measuring depth 300mm-25.0m.
It's mainly consists of built-in density sensor, temperature sensor, signal line, intelligent controller and so on.
It measures the density and temperature signals of the liquid through the built-in sensor probe. The signal is transmitted to the intelligent controller through the signal line. The original signal is processed into a readable signal through the signal conditioning circuit, the multi-channel AD conversion circuit, and the CPU intelligent processing unit. Multiple parameters such as density value, temperature value, etc., and memorize the 200 sets of data measured recently.
