High Vacuum Transformer Oil Recycling Machine

Application:
ZYD-I is double stage high vacuum transformer oil treatment plant.It can be used for treatment of new oil and reconditioning of used oil in transformer, shunt reactor and other oil filled equipment in order to achieve properties of treated oil within specified limits at the rated capacity. It is mainly consist of heating, filtration, regeneration, vacuum system. It not only provides regular oil purification including degassing, drying and particulate removal but also removes acidity, sludge, other soluble oil decay products, and improves color.
It is applied to process the transformer oil and insulating oil from power plant, power station, electric power company, power transmission equipment, transformers, industrial and mining enterprises, especially suitable for onsite installation, maintenance and purification for high level new oil, or running oil from big power transmission and distribution equipment and transformers on national main power transformation grid, which is above 110-750KV. It can shorten the oil treatment period for transformer installation and maintenance.
This mobile type oil treatment plant has been procured by many government electric power departments for treatment of new oil (as per IEC 60296) and reconditioning of used oil (as per IEC 60422 for oil in-service) in EHV class transformer, shunt reactor and other oil filled equipment in order to achieve properties of treated oil within specified limits at the rated capacity.
Features:
1. Moves easily, can be equipped with roadworthy trailer and weatherproof enclosure too (optional).
2. Special additives for depolarization can recover oil color of aged transformer oil to new.
3. Equipped with regeneration system which adopts our special brand of earth to remove acidity, sludge, other soluble oil decay products and improve oil color.
4. Equipped with automatic anti-foam control system.
5. With built-in control and safety devices which provides for a maximum operating security.
6. Automatic supervision of the contamination degree of the fine filter cartridges
7. Adopts the double-infrared liquid automatic controller, pressure automatic-protector which can make sure the machine work online for 150 hours continuously with unattended person.
8. Adopt interlocked protective system, which interlock oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor to acoid blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak or electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will power off automatically.
9. Operation can be more automatic and controlled through P.L.C (Programmable Logic Controller). (optional)
10. Can be equipped with online water content measuring device (optional)
