Application

COP-S series is made of completely 304 stainless steel (food grade). It is mainly used for purifying vco virgin coconut oil, UCO cooking oil, vegetable oil, KFC oil, edible oil, rape oil, sesame oil, peanut oil, beam oil, kitchen oil, plant oil, wood oil etc. It remove water, unnecessary gases and eliminates impurities effectively. 

Features

1. We uses stainless steel filter element which has a good anti-corrosive performance. Especially, the precision of eliminating impurity is high and the service life is long. Also, it has large volume for holding the impurities. 
2. After the water separator treat the oil, it just contains the tiny water and soluble water, which will be further removed in next process.
3. The vacuum separator adopts three-dimensional duplex evaporation and film evaporation. The tiny water, soluble water, acid, alcohol, other volatility liquid and so on can be removed completely and effectively.
4. It adopts back flushing system, which can clear impurities automatically.
5. Simple operation, reliable, and safe.
