Features:
1.High-precision, fully automated optical system
The dispersion rate is 1800 lines/mm, large-area grating, new self-collimating monochromator, all lenses are quartz coating, wide detection range and optical stability ensure the accuracy of analysis. Manual 3 lamp holders are equipped with 3 independent lamp power supplies, which can be preheated separately;
2.Polymer atomization chamber
Polymer materials corrosion resistance atomization chamber, acid and alkali resistance, whether organic or inorganic solution can get the highest sensitivity and stability;
3.Titanium burner
Titanium burner, optional 50mm and 100mm burner, air cooling pre-mixed type, corrosion resistance, high salt resistance, greatly improve the efficiency of the flame and the accuracy of the flame analysis;
4.Fully automated analysis
It can automatically complete the safe ignition, extinguishing and switching, reliable structure, low failure rate, so as to ensure the sensitivity and reproducibility of the flame method.
Light source system three-light platform switch, can directly use high-performance hollow cathode lamp, improve the sensitivity of flame analysis, automatically adjust the power supply parameters and beam position, automatic wavelength scanning and search for wave peak;
5.High technical indicators
The element test sensitivity of TP-1800 atomic absorption spectrometer reaches the international best level, with the sensitivity of 0.015 μg/mL / 1%; the baseline drift is less than 0.003 Abs / 30m, and the stability is better than 0.005 Abs / 4h;
6.Background correction system
The advanced hollow cathode lamp and self-absorption buckle background are used for background correction, which eliminates the interference of molecular absorption during low content determination, reduces the emission noise of the lamp, prolongs the service life, and has excellent stability. When the lamp background signal is 1A, the ability to subtract the background is >50 times;
7.Intelligent analysis
Very intelligent, humanized design, automatic setting to adjust flame height, automatic ignition, automatic optimization of horizontal position, and automatic setting of gas flow by the system. In case of power failure, misuse, acetylene leakage, etc., the system will automatically activate the safety protection function;
