Introduction:
Series ZY is specially designed for purify transformer oil, mutual inductor oil, switch oil, capacitor oil in the field of power transmission equipment, power sector and mining enterprises. The process maintains the oil's dielectrics strength, removes free, soluble water, air-gases and particulate matter.
Features:
1. This machine is small and hi-efficient.It has the features of move easily and could be used indoor and
outdoor.
2. New type of electric heating system with high efficiency, low heating load, uniform heating, less energy
consumption.
3. Purify technology with multistage precise filtration system, the combination of molecular adsorption filter and
mesh filter.
4. This machine is hi-efficient with stereo multistage vacuum analysis system whose efficiency is higher than
that of ordinary vacuum oil filter 3-5 times. It is cable to make the water, gases and other mechanical
impurities out of the insulating oil, improve the quality of the oil and make the compressive strength higher,
making sure the power equipment works safely. It has the function of filling oil by vacuum.
5. Adopting the automatic infrared liquid level control system, automatic constant temperature control system,
automatic bubble elimination control system, automatic pressure protection system, automatic interlock
protection system and efficient degassing and water removal system to ensure the equipment working
safety with high performance.
6. It has a novel appearance,and compact structure .It is easy to operate. It could be filter oil online with
nobody watching and could be used in any environment.
7. It is capable of testing the compression resistance , the compression resistance of oil and printing the test
result.( ZY series).
8. It can be used together with BZ regeneration device.Moving acid,oxide free carbon and lowering the
dielectric loss.
