Application:

The melting characteristics of coal ash are directly related to whether the power plant boiler is slagging (commonly known as coking) and its severity, so it has a great relationship to the safety and economic operation of the boiler. This instrument is specially designed for intelligent instruments for the determination of coal ash fusibility. According to the national standard GB/T219-1996, the microcomputer is used to automatically control the heating rate, and the furnace body can be rotated freely, which is convenient for staking.

Real-time display of gray cone image change process, automatic storage, free reading.

Automatically judge the four characteristic temperatures; also perform manual judgment or result comparison through image playback for further verification and analysis.

High-definition camera, gray cone image is clear and intuitive; ultra-fine thermocouple design eliminates image interference.

 The screen displays the temperature rise curve, and you can choose to print the gray cone image results and related data.

RS232 serial communication can be used to connect to the Internet. The integrated structure design is beautiful and practical, and easy to maintain.

Principle:
The experimental process of the microcomputer ash melting point measuring instrument is monitored and controlled by the camera system and the computer system.
