This technical solution is a customized solution for a special chromatographic analyzer for transformer oil, applicable to the analysis of hydrogen (H2), carbon monoxide (CO), carbon dioxide (CO2), methane (CH4), ethane (C2H6), ethylene (C2H4), acetylene (C2H2), and other gases dissolved in insulating oils of oil-filled electrical equipment (including transformers, reactors, current transformers, voltage transformers, charging bushings, and gas relays, etc.).
Analyzed object: Hydrogen (H2), carbon monoxide (CO), carbon dioxide (CO2), methane (CH4), ethane (C2H6), ethylene (C2H4), acetylene (C2H2) and other gases dissolved in insulating oil.
It meets the index requirements of GB/T17623-1998 "Gas Chromatography Determination of Dissolved Gas Component Content in Insulating Oil", GB/T7252-2001 "Guidelines for Analysis and Judgment of Dissolved Gases in Transformer Oil", and DL/T722-2000 "Guidelines for Analysis and Judgment of Dissolved Gases in Transformer Oil" of the electric power industry standard.

Transformer oil special chromatographic analyzer consists of FID detector, TCD detector, methane conversion furnace, special column, switching valve, chromatographic workstation. Adopting column switching technology, one injection, multi-component simultaneous analysis.
