Vacuum Oil Dehydration Machine (TYD Series)

Application:
TYD series vacuum oil purifier is specially designed to treat high water content oils such as lubricant oil, crude oil, engine oil, hydraulic oil, turbine oil, fuel oil, diesel oil, freezing machine oil as well as other oils which require removing large amount of water and filtering impurities. When made of stainless steel, it can treat cooking oils like coconut oil.
According to the oil's nature of high water content, TYD machine is equipped with a high effective vacuum dehydration system with high capacity to separate a lot of water from the oil. This machine can not only remove the mass water, but also remove trace water and impurities with high precision. It adopts technology of film evaporation and molecule evaporation. So it is easy to break the emulsification. The treated oil is limpidity.
