Function

ZYD series transformer oil purifier is designed to treat used insulation oil dehydration, degasification and regeneration, especially for aging transformer oil. It has functions of  Vacuum dehydration, degasification, impurities removal, dielectric strength improvement.

Roots pump is combined with vacuum pump, generating powerful working efficiency and removing water, gas, impurities more thoroughly and rapidly. 

Due to its bridge-type design, it also can be used as an independent vacuum source for vacuum drying and oiling for insulation oil.

 

Features:

 

1.There are two vacuum pumps for plant ZYD. One is vacuum pump, and the other one is the booster roots pump which can improve the vacuum value highly. Making sure the water-content of the treated oil is less than 3 PPM.

 

2. ZYD are equipped with an automatic Anti-Foam Control System.

 

3. The plant is equipped with built-in control and safety system which provides maximum operating security.

 

4. Minimised power consumption through optimised degassing (excellent efficiency factor).

 

5. Standardized filter housing for 1 micron , 5 micron, 20 micron and 80 micron filter cartridges.

 

6. Automatically supervising the degree of contamination of the fine filter cartridges

 

7. ZYD can evacuate the vacuum of electric equipment separately like transformer. Also it can be used to dry electric equipment and fill the oil into the electric equipment under vacuum.

 

8. The machine adopts the double-infrared liquid automatic controller, pressure automatic-protector which

can make sure the machine works online for 150 hours continuously without person. 

 

9. Adopt interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.

 

10. Functions of work on-site, vacuum drying and vacuum oiling.

11. Operation can be automatic controlled if required.

12. On-line water content measuring device is available if required.
