Scope of Application and Standards:
1) It is suitable for the determination of the upper limit and lower limit concentration of the flammable mixture formed by the vapor of chemical substances and air under the test temperature and normal pressure. Inert gas can be used as a diluent in the test, but substances with stronger oxidizing properties than air cannot be used. .
2) Comply with GB/T 21844-2008 "Standard Test Method for Flammability Concentration Limits of Compounds (Vapor and Gas)" and ASTM E681-2009 "Standard Test Method for Explosion Limit of Chemicals (Vapor and Gas)".

Features:
1) Using embedded processor, Windows CE operating system;
2) 8-inch LCD touch screen, which can display the test status in real time;
3) 5L and 12L round glass test containers are optional, with sufficient gas mixing and good compatibility;
4) Equipped with explosion pressure relief device (pressure relief door and spring pressing device);
5) Integrated heating and cooling design, compact instrument structure;
6) Built-in air circulation system to ensure the uniformity and stability of the box temperature;
7) The combination of pressure sensor and thermocouple detects the state of the sample, and the equipment also automatically monitors and records the temperature, humidity and atmospheric pressure of the test environment;
8) Equipped with a high-precision pressure sensor to precisely control the gas partial pressure and proportioning concentration;
9) Magnetic stirring, remote start control, automatic ignition control, accurate ignition time;
10) Automatically clean the container samples and combustion products by extracting the internal gas;
11) Equipped with a bottle brush, and mixed with fine sand + detergent and clean water to clean the substances adhering to the bottle wall;
12) Adopt anti-fog double-layer tempered glass observation window protection door and back pressure relief door, which is safe, reliable and easy to observe;
13) Double interlock device protection, when the door is not closed or the temperature does not reach the target temperature, the ignition operation is invalid;
14) Configure a video monitoring system, record the test process, and observe and judge the final result through playback after the test is over;
15) The test process is fully automated, supporting functions such as parameter setting, data storage, and viewing of reports.
