Dimensions and weight:
Dimensions:390 mm×270 mm×430 mm
Weight:12kg
Work description (use in the range of 19 to 70 ° C)
Operation:
First, fill the heating bath from the water injection port on the inclined surface of the instrument (this water should be about 10 °C lower than the room temperature), and add the test cup bath in the middle of the heating bath to the water with a depth of not less than 38 mm.
Take the sample into the test cup, cover the test cup cover, push the slide on the lid into the pull rod, and put the stirring upper sleeve into the lower sleeve to connect the gas hose.
Plug in the bath thermometer and sample thermometer.
After checking, connect the 220V power supply and turn on the power switch.
Adjust the heating potentiometer so that the sample in the test cup is heated at a rate of 1 ° C / min, and simultaneously turn on the stirring switch to adjust to the appropriate speed.
When the temperature of the test sample reaches 9 °C below the expected flash point, press the ignition switch to perform the ignition test.
An ignition test was performed for every 0.5 °C increase.
The temperature at which the flash point occurs is recorded when a flash point occurs.
At the end of the test, turn off the power. Clean the test cup and top cover to prepare for the next test.
