Automatic Cold Filter Point Tester
Application:
The cold filter point tester for petroleum products is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the People's Republic of China Standard SH/T 0248 "Determination of the cold filter point of distillate fuels", and is suitable for the determination of the cold filter point of petroleum products.
Features:
1. The sensor is pt100 platinum resistance imported from Germany.
2. Embedded computer, imported industrial computer, 10.4-inch LCD screen, all experimental processes are automatically completed after the sample is loaded. Manual operation can also be set.
3. Using optical fiber sensor detection technology to avoid the influence of ambient light on detection, the results are more accurate.
4. Metal bath, equipped with imported compressor, double compressor combined refrigeration, cooling speed is fast.
5. Double baths, double holes, the bath temperature is controlled separately, and two sets of data can be detected at the same time.
6. The sample is measured at all temperature points in one bath.
7. Automatic timing, automatic judgment of test results, automatic storage of test results, results printing and other processes.
8. It has the function of rapid method detection. Rapid method: The lowest cooling bath temperature can be directly set according to the expected cold filter point, so that the sample can be rapidly cooled and the experiment time can be shortened.
9. The faults in the process of the instrument experiment can be displayed through the status bar on the main interface, which is convenient for maintenance.
10. Using imported glass temperature sensor, the thermal conductivity is consistent with the mercury glass thermometer, and the result is more accurate.
11. During the test, the temperature is automatically lowered, the test tube is automatically sucked, the liquid level is detected, the results are automatically judged, the test is automatically stored, and the test is automatically printed, and the test is automatically stopped.
