Uses:

Demulsifier plays an important role in the refinery process of refinery. The effect of demulsification is directly related to the desalting (dehydration) effect, and the same demulsifier is used for crude oil of different nature, and the demulsification effect is also different. In addition, the nature of the crude oil supplied to the refinery is also constantly changing. In order to ensure the stability of the desalination (dehydration) effect, it is necessary to continuously adjust the measurement of the demulsifier and even change the variety of the demulsifier. Therefore, the selection of the demulsifier is an indispensable means of the refinery process.

At present, each refinery adopts the thermochemical selection method to screen the demulsifier, and the slow speed and the electric desalination production process have a large gap, and the selection results cannot meet the production needs.

The instrument is based on electrochemical methods and supplemented by thermochemical methods. The appropriate amount of crude oil is first heated and then the demulsifier is selected under the action of an electric field.It is similar to the actual working conditions of electric desalination.
