ASTM D445 Kinematic viscosity testing equipment/ viscosity analyzer/ oil viscosity index tester

     
 Application:

Viscosity analyzer TPV-8 is designed as per requirements of GB/T265-88, ASTM D445 etc. You can place four samples and test at the same time. Further more, it can be used for other tests as a high viscosity thermostated water bath.

Features:

1. Thermostated water bath (glass container). The outer layer is surrounded by plexiglass insulation cover; inside temperature is well-distributed, with good temperature control.

2. Internal parts including heater, diversion tubes ect in bath are made of stainless steel, corrosion-resistant, with long working life. With durable ring fluorescent lighting; good transparency; easy to observe.

3. Adopt high precision digital temperature controller to control the temperature in the bath. Actuator uses Solid State Relay (SSR) with accurate temperature control; no contracts, no noisy, no sparks, fast, long working life etc.

4. Capillary analyzer is adopted three point vertical type, easy to operate, portable and reliable.
