☎ Application
Specially designed for on-site use to completely regenerate insulating oils in energized or de-energized transformers. It can not only remove water, gases and impurities and improve voltage withstanding value like common transformer oil purifier, but also can remove many values to the national standard such as the acid value, PH value etc. Meanwhile, it can filtrate out the free carbon, deep oxides and so on to comprehensively improve various properties of insulating oil.
☎ Feature
1. With double-stage high pumping speed vacuum system, multistage stage vacuum analytical separation system, it adopts the three-dimensional flash evaporation dehydration and degassing technology and so as to efficiently separate water, gases from the oil, making the breakdown voltage rapidly increase to above 75KV.
2. Equipped with regeneration system, it can effectively restore the color of aging transformer oil with particular additive.
3. Online filtering oil; with nobody watching is okay, and it can also be used for vacuum oiling the transformers etc and drying its hot oil.
4. Equipped with advanced infrared liquid level auto control system, auto defoaming control system, pressure protection system and safety interlock control to ensure that the equipment work for long time, safely and reliably.
