Application
PT-5000 is used to determine the solidification point and pour point of transformer oil, lubricating oil and light oil (not suitable for petroleum products with high viscosity). The instrument adopts color touch LCD display, man-machine dialogue interface, easy to operate, intuitive, and has software prompt modification of incorrect operation. With clear interface, printable test data, automatic test process, it is an ideal freezing point and pour point test equipment.
This instrument is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of standard GB510-83 "Determination of Solidification point of Petroleum Products" (equivalent to ASTM D2386) and GB3535 "Determination of Petroleum Pour Point" (equivalent to ASTM D97). It is suitable for determination of freezing point and pouring point of light oil in refinery, electric power, railway, shipping, oil company and oil commercial department.

1. High test precision, short test time, small metal cold trap, small sample amount, programmed cooling;
2. Use graphics to simulate the working state dynamically and reproduce the test process on the screen;
3. Real-time tracking oil temperature changes;
4. Automatic whole testing process, with accurate and repeatable test results, stable and reliable, easy to operate, printable test results;
5. Touch LCD screen, easy to use; can be heated to 25ºC or refrigerated to -70ºC;
6. When testing, the tilting frame can be detected automatically at 45 degrees, which completely meets the standard. The testing method is optional, which can be detected quickly or normally.
7. High performance compressor for refrigeration, with long service life;
8. With fault diagnosis function, can prompt operation;
