Mobile Roadworthy Weatherproof Transformer Oil Purification System

(ZYD-I-M Series)
 

Application:
ZYD-I-M is outdoor use mobile type double stage high vacuum transformer oil treatment plant, equipped with trailer which can move long distance, and equipped with weather proof, dust and water resistance enclosure.It can be used for treatment of new oil and reconditioning of used oil in transformer, shunt reactor and other oil filled equipment in order to achieve properties of treated oil within specified limits at the rated capacity. It is mainly consist of heating, filtration, regeneration, vacuum system. It not only provides regular oil purification including degassing, drying and particulate removal but also removes acidity, sludge, other soluble oil decay products, and improves color.

Features: 
1. Moves easily, convenient for outdoor use, weather proof, dust and water resistant.
2. Special additives for depolarization can recover oil color of aged transformer oil to new. 
3. Equipped with regeneration system which adopts our special brand of earth to remove acidity, sludge, other soluble oil decay products and improve oil color.
4. Equipped with automatic anti-foam control system. 
5. With built-in control and safety devices which provides for a maximum operating security. 
6. Automatic supervision of the contamination degree of the fine filter cartridges
7. Adopts the double-infrared liquid automatic controller, pressure automatic-protector which can make sure the machine work online for 150 hours continuously with unattended person. 
8. Adopt interlocked protective system, which interlock oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor to acoid blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak or electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will power off automatically.
9. Operation can be more automatic and controlled through P.L.C (Programmable Logic Controller). (optional)
10. Can be equipped with online water content measuring device (optional)
