Portable Swich Insulating Oil Purification System (Series ZY)
Application:
Mainly designed for purification of transformer oil, instrument transformer oil, switch oil, cable oil and other insulating oil. It can remove water and gas in oil and strengthen the dielectric of insulating oil.
Technological Features:
1. Small-sized and easy to move, can be used indoors and outdoors.
2. New and efficient electrical heating system, heat equably and save energy.
3. Multistage and precise filter system, the combination of molecular adsorption filter and net filter element.
4. Multistage vacuum resolution system, efficiency is higher than ordinary vacuum oil purifier three to five times. Remove water, gas and impurity in oil efficiently and improve the compression strength and quality of oil. Ensure electrical equipment run safely and also has the function of vacuum fuel charging.
5. Infrared liquid level sensor, constant temperature control system, forth breaking control system, pressure protective control system, linkage protect system and efficient dehydrate and degas system ensure machine work efficiently and safely.
6. Novel design, compact structure, easy to operate, can work anywhere without anyone on duty.
7. Automatically check the situation of compression strength and print the result. ( Series ZY)
8. Can be used with BZ regeneration system and remove acid, decolor, remove the free carbon and reduce the dielectric loss. (Series ZYB)
