1. Scope of product application:
The box-type electric nozzle furnace and the tube-type electric nozzle furnace are also called Maofu furnace or experimental electric furnace, and they are all cycle-type electric furnaces.
It can be used in industrial and mining enterprises, scientific research institutions and other units and laboratories for chemical analysis, physical measurement and general heat treatment of small steel parts, and for normalizing, annealing and quenching of metal workpieces in the air.
2. Product Features:
* The shell of this series of resistance furnaces is made of high-quality steel plate by folding and welding, and the inner furnace is a rectangular integral furnace made of high-alumina, alumina polylight or silicon carbide refractory materials.
* The 1000°C and 1200°C electric furnaces are made of Tie-Ming aluminum alloy wire, and the helical heating elements are passed through the upper, lower, left and right wire grooves of the inner furnace.
* Equipped with a thermocouple, which can accurately measure, indicate and automatically control the furnace temperature.
* The hearth is a sealed structure, the mouth guard bricks and furnace door bricks of the electric furnace are made of light refractory materials, and the inner furnace and the hearth furnace shell are filled with high-strength thermal insulation materials.
* The furnace door of the electric furnace is fixed on the electric furnace panel through the dumpling chain, and the furnace door can be rotated flexibly. When closing, rotate the handle and fasten the door hook, and the furnace door can be closely attached to the furnace mouth.
* 30-segment programmable curve temperature control, PT100 type instrument has the function of switching between Fahrenheit and Celsius.
* The temperature adopts intelligent fuzzy PID control, which has the advantages of smaller temperature overshoot, faster stabilization time and better temperature control accuracy compared with the traditional PID control method.
* With temperature self-tuning function, there are 2 sections of PID control, there are 3 sections of temperature slope correction.
* With manual automatic lock screen function, you can choose password to unlock.
* There are sound and light (buzzer) alarm prompts for temperature sensor open circuit and short circuit, and the controller automatically disconnects the heating output.
