Product Description
Application:
TP-225 petroleum products color tester is designed and manufactured under the requirements of standard SH/T0168 in"Petroleum Products Chroma Determination Method" and international standard ASTM D1500, applicable to test the color of various lubricants, kerosene, diesel and other petroleum products. The test method is to fill the testing petroleum product sample into color comparison tube then compared with standard color board to confirm its color number. See the appendix for the relation between color of this instrument and color in GB/T6540.
Main functions:
1.This instrument consists of standard color board, observation optical lens, light source, colorimetric tube.
2.It takes the inside-frosted bulb of 220V / 100W and color temperature 2750 ± 50K as the standard light source. After the source light color gets filtrated through through the milky glass and sunlight filter color 33 glass plate, the spectral characteristics of the resulting standard light is similar to this light. The standard light forms two parallel beams whose size and shape are exactly the same through plane mirror, prism. They can be uniformly irradiated on the sample in colorimetric tube on color glass plate in standard color wheel.
3. There are 26 pieces of Φ14mm light holes, in which 25 pieces contain standard color glass sheets of 1~25 color number in sequence. The twenty-sixth is blank. The color wheel rotates by the hand wheel on the instrument right side so that the operator selects the correct corresponding color when testing. Standard color glass color on color wheel should takes the color comparison fluid as calibration standard color to calibrate.
4. Colorimetric tube is a colorless flat glass tube of inner diameter Φ32 mm, height (120 to 130) mm. Colorimetric tube is put in through a small cover position on top of the instrument.
5. The observation eyepiece consists of concave mirror and division grating. In the eyepiece you can see two semicircle colors at the same time. The left one is the sample color, and the right one is standard color. Optical eyepiece has focusing and light adjustment function convenient for use.
