Distillation section
1. Technical parameters
1). The main frame is made of stainless steel profiles.
2). The volume of the tower kettle is 5L, and the material is stainless steel 316. The heating of the kettle adopts an oil bath to ensure stable and uniform heating. The maximum operating temperature is 250°C, and the temperature is adjustable.
3). The rectification tower is made of stainless steel; it is suitable for high temperature rectification. The specification is DN50×500mm, using 4 layers of sieve plates, and the material is 316L.
2. Configuration requirements
The equipment can carry out vacuum rectification on the mixed material whose boiling point does not exceed 250ºC, so as to achieve the purpose of precise separation and purification of the material. The specific configuration requirements are as follows:

1. The environmental conditions for equipment use are: 5~35ºC, humidity ≤85%, power supply voltage 380V/220V. 
2. The device consists of heating system, rectification system, condensation system, product separation and sampling unit, instrument control, etc.
3. A condenser is designed on the top of the rectification tower, and cooling water or a low-temperature bath can be selected as the cooling source according to different cooling temperatures. The reflux ratio is controlled by a pneumatic switching valve, adjustable from 0-99. 4) The equipment required by the rectification unit is installed on the common skid body, and public works, water, electricity and gas are equipped with standard interfaces.
