Application:
TP-100kV insulating oil BDV tester is fully automatic micro controller based system,completely self-contained,compact and portable giving smooth variable test voltage from 0 to 80, or 100 kV for testing the dielectric strength of insulating oil in accordance with all international standards like IEC156/ASTM D 1816/ASTM D877 specifications.
Features:
1. It adopts a microprocessor to automatically complete the operations of boosting, holding, stirring, static, calculating, printing, etc., and can perform oil circulation withstand voltage test in the range of 0-80 kV.
2. Large LCD touch screen. Chinese and English interchangeable menu prompts; beautiful appearance and small size.
3. The instrument is easy to operate, the operator only needs to make a simple setting, and the instrument will automatically complete the withstand voltage test of 1 cup of oil sample according to the setting. The breakdown voltage value and the number of cycles of 1 to 10 times are automatically stored. After the test is completed, the thermal printer can print out the breakdown voltage values and average values.
4. Instrument test execution standards include industry standards, national standards and IEC156/ASTM D 1816/ASTM D877 standards, and the operation is simple and convenient.
5. With power-down hold, 100 experimental results can be stored and the current ambient temperature and humidity can be displayed.
6. With over-voltage, over-current, limit and other protection to ensure the safety of operators.
7. With temperature measurement display function and system clock display.
8. Standard RS232 interface, can communicate with the computer.
9. USB interface, can export test data.
