TP-0703 Automatic High Temperature High Shear Viscosity Tester
Principle:
The high temperature and high shear viscosity tester is designed and manufactured according to SH/T 0703 and ASTM D5481 standards, which is used to determine the viscosity value of oil under high temperature and high shear conditions. Under the constant temperature of 150 ºC, the oil sample in the injection tube can be injected and scalar by the air pump connected with the injection tube. The sample is flowing through the capillary with an inner diameter of 0.15mm under the pressure of 0.5-3.5mpa inert gas to simulate the practical application scenario of high temperature and high shear. The time length and stable pressure of the experiment are recorded automatically, and the high temperature and high shear viscosity of the oil sample to be measured are calculated automatically.
