Fuel Oil Treatment with Explosion-proof Model TYB-EX

TYB-Ex portable oil purifier is explosion-proof type. The explosion proof classes are ExdBT4,ExdCT4and ExdCT6 respectively. It can meet requirement in various dangerous environments.
It integrate Coalescer and Separator Filter elements, high efficiency demulsification and dehydration into one body. Besides removing all particles from the oil, this series can remove large water content without heating. It owns fastest dehydration speed in domestic and can quickly separate water from the oil to attain cleanness of NAS six grades, with convenient using with the go-cart model design. This machine is especially designed for purifying fuel oil including diesel and gasoline as well as light lubricating oil and turbine oil.

1 TYB series purifiers adopt special oil water separator which requires no heating creating more than 20 times dewatering efficiency compared with other types of purifiers.
2 For no need of heating, additives in the oil are well prevented from degradation or deterioration.
3 Easy operation. Water can be discharged online automatically without the presence of duty operators.
4 Low operation cost. 20%-40% lower than vacuum purifiers, centrifugal purifiers and filter presses
