TYR Oil Purification and Decoloration Machine
Application:
Series TYR oil purification and decoloration machine can quickly remove impurities, water, gases from the oil and recover the oil color to the original. This machine uses our special brand of earth which is purely natural and high-efficiency to discolor the oil. It can treat hydraulic oil, machinery oil, coolant oil, cooking oil, and coconut oil used in oil field, mine, metallurgy, electricity, transportation, manufacturing, and food industry. The treated oil can be very clear and transparent. Also, equipped with a waste oil distillation plant, the machine can highly discolor the dark base oil/diesel after the distillation process. And it is asked by customers to pre-treat the used cooking oil which will be used for the production of biodiesel.
Features:
This machine, adopting the the latest micro-filtration technology, is a multi-functional purification system with vacuum oil filter, fine filter and decoloration device. It uses completely physical treatment, which will not affect the composition and performance of the oil, to remove water, gases, impurities from the oil and decolorize the oil. Equipped with interlocked protective system, the machine is easy to operate, safe and reliable.
