Application:

The TP50 electric stirrer adopts numerical control type stepless speed controller which is high speed and convenient for us. It can display the running rotation speed, safer and more reliable, with advanced technology, low noise mechanical deceleration structure, small size, large output torque. It is widely applied in scientific research, colleges, chemical industry,pharmaceutical, medical health organizations etc.

Features:

Speed range: 30-2200rpm, can be at constant speed, precise and controllable high and low speed. The minimum operating speed is 30 rpm, which meets the lower speed occasions. It has digital feedback of the speed of rotation, and ensures the constant speed and torque of the stirrer.

The rotation speed and time have coarse adjustment and fine adjustment. The coarse adjustment is fast to the set stirring speed, and the fine adjustment can be accurate to the stirring speed. In the working state, you can also
fine-tune the proceeding time and working time of the device.

Performance: The maintenance-free brushless DC brushless motor is used for continuous and stable operation for a long time, with outstanding performance.

Safety protection: including overload protection and motor protection, in case of overload, short circuit and abnormal speed, etc., the circuit is automatically cut off and alarmed to ensure operation safety and laboratory safety.

Prevent sample overflow: start smoothly, effectively prevent sample overflow.

Closed shell: The closed shell prevents liquid from splashing into the machine's internal corrosion circuit,ensuring safe operation.

There is a stirring rod penetrating hole, and the stirring rod is convenient to replace. There is no need to move the stirring head up and down, just adjust the height of the stirring paddle.

Rich extended applications: It can be connected to a PC through the RS232 data transmission port to control the instrument and record the speed and torque data.

The imported self-locking chuck is used, which is convenient and fast to operate, and has a locking function to prevent the stirring rod from loosening. The axis is high.

The LCD displays the set value and actual value of the speed, and can monitor the speed in
real time.

The torque can be adjusted automatically according to the change of sample viscosity, and the rotation speed can be
fine-tuned according to the demand during the operation, which is convenient for experimental operation.
