Application:
Designed with the principle of Light Obscuration (Light Blockage), the instrument used to detect the size and quantity of the particle in the liquid is widely applied in aviation, aerospace, electricity, petrochemical, transportation ports, metallurgy, machine, automobile manufacturing and other fields for the detection of solid particle pollution level of the hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, transformer oil (insulating oil), gas turbine oil (turbine oil), gear oil, engine oil, aviation kerosene, water-based hydraulic oil etc. Besides, the detection of insoluble particles in organic liquids and polymer solutions is also available.
Features:
1.The test principle of the light resistance (shading) method specified by the International Hydraulic Standards Committee.
2.High-precision laser sensor, wide test range, stable performance, low noise and high resolution.
3.High-precision bidirectional plunger metering pump sampling method, adjustable sampling speed, high sampling volume accuracy.
4.The pipeline is made of 316L and PTFE material, which is corrosion-resistant and meets the detection of various organic solvents and oils.
5.Used for laboratory or field measurement, optional pressure reducing device for online high pressure measurement.
6.Can be connected to external pressure chamber to form positive/negative pressure to realize the detection of high viscosity samples and sample degassing.
7.Standard sampling bottles, sampling cups and other sampling containers can be used, or directly connected to the hydraulic system for online testing to meet the testing requirements of different industries.
8. Built-in multiple calibration curves, compatible with all common domestic and foreign standards for calibration.
9.Built-in GJB-420A, GJB-420B, NAS1638, ISO4406, SAE4059E and ГOCT17216 and other commonly used standards, one test can give data results under all built-in standards, support custom standard testing, and can be set according to customer needs standard.
