Application
TYS series oil decoloration machine can quickly remove water content, gases, particles,residues and harmful pigment etc in the oil, improve the quality and purity of the oil. This product is suitable to purify the lubricating oil, heavy diesel oil in power plants, ships, large machinery equipment and treat edible rapeseed oil, tea oil, peanut oil etc.

Working Principle
When the oil decoloration machine starts operating, the awaiting treated oil is sucked into the pipe filter through the oil inlet by the vacuum effect of the vacuum pump, where the large size particulate impurities in the oil are filtered out, and then goes into the heater, after heating, the oil quickly enters the vacuum separation tank by the pressure action, and then passes through the spraying atomization device where the oil has a large aeration area and the time of aeration, and can fully carry out the separation of oil and gases.The mixed gas formed by water vapor with gases mostly condenses into liquid through the condenser and stored in the water reservoir, the other small part of non-condensable gas are discharged through the vacuum pump exhaust outlet. The oil that without the water content or gases were transported to the secondary filter to remove the fine particulate impurities in the oil,and then enters the fine filter to remove out the fine particulate impurities so as to obtain the purified oil.If the oil needs decoloration, then we can switch the valves to convey the oil that without water content or gases to the reaction tank.In the reaction tank where the oil will be heated and stirred and kept for a certain time, those pigments in the oil will be fully absorbed by the filter aid under the principle of larger specific surface area with strong absorb-ability. And after that, oil will be transported to the plate filter through oil outlet pump, the filter aids and adsorbed pigment impurities etc will be removed out by the fine filter and finally we can get clean treated oil.
