 TYD High Water Content Oil Purifier

Series TYD vacuum oil purifier is specially designed to treat high water content oil such as lubricant oil, crude oil, engine oil, hydraulic oil, turbine oil, fuel oil, diesel oil, freezing machine oil as well as other cooking oil which requires the removal of a large amount of water.
Specially designed for the high water content oil, TYD machine is equipped with a high effective vacuum dehydration system with high capacity to separate a large amount of water from the oil. This machine can not only remove the mass water, but also remove trace water and impurities with high precision. Adopting technology of film evaporation and molecule evaporation, it is good at breaking the emulsification and the oil will be limpid after treatment.

Features:

1. Special film evaporation and molecule evaporation technology enables the machine to quickly clear the turbid and emulsified oil.
2. The film evaporation and molecule evaporation technology is of lifetime service(above 20 years), which avoids the periodic demulsification filter replacement and also reduces the cost of purification and work intensity.
3. With the strong capability of removing impurities, its automatic backwash filter element can remove a large number of impurities. Big-cubage, reinforced accurate filtration material can remove the granules from the oil, serving as the oil system cleaning device, which brings seriously contaminated oil system to meet the "Serving Steam Turbine Oil Contamination Control Standard".
4. Highly automatic, small, safe and reliable, the machine adopts infrared liquid level automatic control device to achieve the man-machine detachment, which makes the operation simpler and more reliable.
