COP series oil treatment plant, with variable flow capacity, is designed for the most economical
conditioning and drying of cooking oil/edible oil/vegetable oil.
It removes impurity, gases, odor, water, acid and alcohol etc from oil effectively by degassing,
dehydration and filtering.
This plant is composed of two parts. One is the press filter and other one is the vacuum oil
purifier system. The press filter can remove the big and tiny impurities; The precision of
purification can reach to 1 micron. The vacuum system is equipped with three stage filters
(primary filter, mass water separator, and fine filer). All process works under the vacuum
The primary filter, which is made of the stainless steel, is anti-rust and anti-corrupt. It mainly removes the residual impurities which escape from the press filter, making sure
the treated oil won't have many impurities when it goes into the water separator and vacuum separator.
The water separator, which is equipped with a special filter, mainly removes the mass water from the oil.
Usually the waste cooking oil contains much water and it needs to be removed from the oil. After the water separator, the oil just contains the tiny water and soluble water.
After the process of the water separator, the oil will go into the vacuum separator which adopts three-dimensional duplex evaporation and film evaporation. For protecting the oil nature, it is better that the oil temperature is lower than 80°c. Because our machine works under the vacuum and low pressure condition, so the oil doesn't need to be heated to 100 °c and usually it just need to be heated to 45 °c. Then the tiny water, soluble water, acid, alcohol, other volatility liquid and so on can be removed completely and effectively.
For the fine filter part, which is equipped with the stainless steel filter, the purification hole is less than 1 micron, which can make sure the filtered oil is completely clear without any impurities.
It adopts back flushing system, which can clear impurities automatically.
8. We uses stainless steel filter element which is good at anti-corrosion. Especially, the precision of filtering impurities is quite high and the service life is long. Also, it has a large volume for storing the impurities.
9.Its unique degassing and dewatering system adopts the 3D-evaporation technique and thin film evaporation, which can separate the trace water, soluble water and gas from the oil quickly by the multi-level water-oil separation technology.

Firstly, the cooking oil is conveyed into primary filter to remove big particles by oil inlet pump.
Secondly, the oil flows into press filter to reduce smaller particles.
Third, the oil flow into secondary filter to remove particles again.
Then oil's conveyed into the degassing tank. Oil is indirectly heated by the heater, thus avoiding hot spots and over-swinging of the pre-selected operating temperature. The special degassing system and geometry with several stages
in degassing tank creates a large oil surface and a resulting thin film for most effective maximum degassing.
The treatment with a lower end vacuum (-0.06 to -0.095 MPa) guarantees, among others, that no light fractions
are evaporated in the edible oil, whereby the required characteristics of the oil are not changed.
The oil level regulation in the degassing tank assures a continuous oil flow through in the
plant, thus resulting in an optimized degassing of the oil.
After degassing and dehydration under vacuum, the oil is conveyed by means of a specially sealed
and frequency controlled pump through the fine filter and out of the plant finally.
