Introduction
This Power System Dedicated transformer oil dissolved gas analyzer and Gas Chromatography Analysis System runs by computer automatic control, all-keyboard operation and large-screen liquid crystal display according to the requirements of power system«dissolved gas component determination in insulation oil (chromatography) ,and is characterized by high-precision temperature control, stable and reliable performance, high sensitivity, good reproducibility and so on.The analyzer adopts double-pillar parallel shunt system ,equipped with TCD, double FID and methane conversion oven, and could achieve total analysis of nine components(H2,O2,N2,CH4,C2H2,C2H4,C2H6,CO, CO2)of dissolved gas in insulation oil by one time.

The analyzer can be employed for internal fault detection of power system oil and gas equipment, cooling medium analysis of hydrogen-cooled generators, impurity analysis of sulfur hexafluoride, the boiler flue gas analysis, gas analysis and environmental monitoring analysis. Due to its employment not only for special analysis, but also for general analysis, the analyzer becomes the most effective gas analytical instrument in petroleum, chemical engineering, mining and other systems.

8. With gas stopping/leaking protection and prompts functions; maximize the protection for TCD tungsten and column from damage.
9. Temperature control adopts Multichannel Integration Solid-State Relay to make temperature control stable and reliable.
10. Fault self-diagnosis function. At any time to show failure cause and alarm indication.
11. Adopt microcomputer control, keyboard setting, LCD display, with memory function.
12. High performance detector and methanator. The detection capability completely meet the Electric Power Ministry's determination of gas component content in transformer oil.
13. Adopt one injection, second diffluence column with quick analysis speed and good repeatability.
14. Double hydrogen flame design to make low content hydrocarbons and high content CO, CO2 separately detected to avoid mutual interference.
15. Adopt new type column packing material, double column temperature flow to make the C2H2 detection time quicker, sensitivity higher and analysis period shorter.
