Product Description
TP-0081 is designed and manufactured based on SH / T 0081, using salt and spray test box to assess the anti-corrosive or metal in oil.
Features
1. Pressure tank is made of stainless steel, and it is seamlessly welded. It has titanium tube heating, longer service life and high degree of corrosion resistance. The cover is made of imported transparent acrylic sheet. It is transparent to observe..
2. Digital temperature controller, PID temperature control, corrosion resistance temperature probe. When the salt spray test, temperature accuracy is ± 1 ºC.
3. Using high-precision multi-function timer; time testing can be set; having the function of power failure memory.
4. Automatic / manual addition water system makes the test not be interrupted when the water level is low.
5.In the even of heating or temperature controller system failure, the double over-temperature protection can automatically cut off the heating power.
6. Double low water protection can prevent laboratory and pressure tank burning for heating without water.
7. Precise quartz glass nozzle doesn't crystallize within 4000 hours. Conical diffuser in spray tower can guide fog, adjusting the volume of fog and uniforming fog.
