Product Application

COP-S Good Performance Sunflower Oil Purification Machine It is mainly used for purifying UCO used cooking oil, vegetable oil, KFC oil, edible oil, rape oil, sesame oil, peanut oil, coconut oil, beam oil, kitchen oil, bio-diesel oil, plant oil, wood oil etc. It dewaters, deodorizes, and eliminates impurities highly effectively. 

According to the cooking oil nature, the used cooking oil includes high content water, more acid matters, much impurity and offensive odor. This machine adopts plate pressure system and can separate the impurities and water from the oil quickly and effectively. Added two primaries filter and fine filter, it can remove impurities thoroughly. And the machine adopts high vacuum system to dewater and deodorize. In addition, this machine uses stainless steel filter elements, which resists the acid in oil strongly. After the used cooking oil is recycled by machine, it will become clear and fresh.

Product Features
1.The product is equipped with three stage purification, portable, easy to operate, very low price,
no need of purification paper, no contamination to the ground.
2.This machine can fast degas, dewater, and remove the impurities such as the harmful substances,
pigment, suspended solids, FFA and so on.
3.It can enhance the oil quality, restore the cooking oil viscosity, improve the oil`s color and transparence
with the REGENERATION systems, which can reduce acid value, peroxide value, color, odor and
heavy metals augments of frying oil and improve its operational performance.


Technical Parameter
1.The Purifier could effectively remove the FFA, dust, impurities, water and organic substance
contained in waste oil.
2.It has a strong demulsifying capability, which could separate large amount of water from oil.
3.It has a strong impurity removing capability for the using of special filtration materials applications
to increase the filtration area and its accuracy. Its large area and intensive precision filtration materials
can remove the tiny particles in the oil while the backwash function automatically cleans the large amount
of dirt in the filter, serving as a cleaning device to the system, thus the seriously contaminated oil can be
brought back to a specification under control.
