PT-510Z Automatic ASTM D97 Pour Point Tester and ASTM D2386 Freezing Point Test Meter

 

This instrument is designed and developed in accordance with the requirements of standards GB/T510 Freezing Point Determination of Petroleum Products (equivalent to ASTM D2386) and GB/T3535 Pour Point Determination of Petroleum Products (equivalent to ASTM D97). It is a new generation of automatic detection instrument, suitable for the determination of pour point and freezing point for transparent and opaque liquids, petroleum products, fuel oil, lubricating oil, additives, waste oil etc.

It adopts microcomputer control technology, intelligent control, fast detection speed, accurate measurement, and is not limited by the viscosity of the sample and the color depth. After setting out, the freezing point and pour point can be determined with one key. It is an ideal instrument for determining the pour point and solidification point of sample for oil exploration, production and application enterprises, petrochemical research institutions and quality inspection institutions

The instrument has a high degree of automation, automatic refrigeration, automatic constant temperature, automatic tilt,
automatic detection, and automatically print out the results.

Adopt advanced microcomputer control , embedded industrial-grade 10-inch color LCD touch screen, simple operation.
 Adopt German Danfoss compressor, two-stage refrigeration system, fast refrigeration speed, continuous test.

The tilt device is driven by a stepping motor, which has high accuracy, reliable operation and long service time.

High-performance infrared detection, digital detection method, high detection sensitivity and good
repeatability. Built-in micro thermal printer, can automatically report detection results.

The system comes with a self-checking system, modular design, and convenient for subsequent product maintenance, updating and upgrading.

16 sets of measurement parameters can be preset for selection when measuring different samples, which is convenient for measurement operation.

The preset parameters can be modified to meet the requirements for testing special samples.

The design and manufacture conform to the national standard. When the national standard is revised, the instrument program can be upgraded.
