and manufacturing enterprises for hydraulic oil, gear oil, engine oil, compression oil, freezer oil, heat treatment oil, compressor oil, refrigeration oil and other industrial oils. It can remove water, gas and eliminate mechanical impurities, light acid and light hydrocarbon from oil,and improve oil quality, resume its lubricating property and ensure normal operation of the equipment.

This Micron Size Filter Hydraulic Oil Filtration Machine applies to on-line processing of the turbine oil of the steam engine, gas turbine and water turbine in the field of electricity, chemicals, paper making, metallurgical industries. It can not only ensure the regular work of adjusting system and lubricating system, but also purify low viscosity oil and coolant oil.

With triple stage filters oil water separator, mainly used for turbine turbine oil processing, can quickly and efficiently remove oil in the water, gas, impurities. So that the oil quality indicators meet the new oil standards to ensure that the unit regulation, lubrication system to work properly, to extend the maintenance cycle unit. Using the advanced international principles of strengthening the hydrophilic and hydrophobic, dehydration, precision filter in one, online demulsification, dehydration, acid removal, impurity removal, the turbidity of the turbidity emulsified turbine oil becomes crystal clear. It is suitable for the deep dewatering of transparent oil, hydraulic oil, refrigerating
machine oil and other lubricants that need to remove a lot of water and finely filter the impurities.

it is suitable even for purification process of high-viscosity oil under rather high temperature conditions and in this way expanding its application scope.

4.With air-cooling and condensation system, it can cool the air in the vacuum system efficiently and quickly, which avoids inconvenience of water-cooling.

6.Perfect automatic and manual oil heating temperature controller, automatic cooling and separation device, simple, safe and reliable. 

7.Aluminum electrical control cabinet, with high efficiency for heat transfer and anti-explosion. 

8.The equipment can also be installed with digital flow meter and timer for auto calculating and recording oil volume and working time.
