Side Mounted Magnetic Flap Level Gauge

1. Function and scope of application
Side-mounted magnetic flap liquid level gauge (hereinafter referred to as liquid level gauge). It is suitable for detecting the liquid level of liquid medium in various pressurized (or open) liquid storage equipment (towers, tanks, tanks, spherical containers and boilers) in industrial production processes. It can display the working conditions and liquid levels of various liquids on the spot. Equipped with a liquid level transmitter, the position signal of the liquid level can be transmitted remotely, and the purpose of automatic control and measurement of the liquid level can be achieved through a certain electrical device.
The liquid level gauge is a reliable and safe detection instrument, due to the isolated and closed structure with magnetic coupling. It is especially suitable for liquid level detection of flammable, explosive and corrosive and toxic liquids. Therefore, the liquid level detection method in the original complex environment becomes simple, reliable and safe.
The liquid level gauge has the direct-reading characteristic of on-site display. It does not need the combination of multiple sets of liquid level gauges, and can perform full-scale measurement on a single unit. The equipment has fewer openings, clear display, eye-catching signs, and intuitive readings. When the liquid level gauge is directly equipped with a display device, the intermediate transmission of the signal detection of the system can be omitted to improve its transmission accuracy.

2. Working principle
The liquid level gauge uses the magnetic displacement generated by the internal magnetic float with the change of the liquid level, so that the red and white magnetic flip columns of the liquid level window are flipped correspondingly to indicate the height of the liquid level. When the float descends, it turns from red to white, and red always indicates the level of the liquid.

4.Application notes
l . It is better to install a stop valve between the side-mounted liquid level gauge and the upper and lower liquid pipes of the measured container The door is used to open or close the liquid level gauge; on the other hand, it is convenient to maintain the liquid level gauge. When the upper and lower shut-off valves are closed , the drain flange at the bottom of the liquid level gauge can be opened or the drain screw can be removed, and the main body of the liquid level gauge can be cleaned by injecting clean water.
2. When installing the liquid level gauge, the verticality of the center line of the flange is ≤ 4 ‰. When the measuring range of the liquid level gauge is greater than 3 meters , it is necessary to consider adding an intermediate reinforced flange ( or dopan ) as a fixed support to increase strength.
3. The matching remote liquid level transmitter and the secondary instrument are connected at intervals, and the core of the connection is required The cross-sectional area of the line should be greater than 0.8mm . . When laying parallel to the same road as the AC power supply, at least Keep a distance of more than 20 cm. It is best to lay iron pipes alone or use shielded two-core cables. The shielding layer can only be grounded at one end.
4. The liquid level controller is selected , and its contact capacity is designed with a resistive load. If a non-resistive load is used, Sexual or high power loads should be converted with intermediate relays .
5. It is not suitable to use this product for the occasion of magnetophilic substances containing suspended impurities in the liquid medium. Liquid level gauge, because these impurities will cause jamming of the float assembly .
6. The blind area (L1) in the shape structure is related to the medium density. Therefore, different media have different blind spot .
5.Installation, use and maintenance
1. The installation of the liquid level gauge must be vertical to ensure that the float assembly can move freely up and down in the main pipe.
2. No magnetic conductor is allowed around the main body of the liquid level gauge , otherwise it will directly affect the accuracy of the liquid level gauge.
