Vacuum transformer oil treatment machine 
(ZY Series)

Application:
ZY vacuum oil treatment machine is specially designed for purifying insulating oils such as transformer oil, mutual inductor oil, switch oil, capacitor oil in field of power transmission and transformation equipment, electric power department and mining enterprises. The process recovers the oil's dielectrics strength and oil quality, removing the water content, gases and particulate matters etc. It also has the function of vacuum oiling.


Features: 
1. Small and high efficiency.Movable and convenient for use.
2. Electric heating system with high efficiency, low heating load, uniform heating, low energy consumption.
3. Multistage precise filtration system; Decontamination technology combining the molecular adsorption filtration and mesh filter.
4. Highly efficient with stereo multistage vacuum system whose efficiency is higher than that of ordinary vacuum oil purifier by 3-5 times.
5. Adopting the automatic infrared liquid level control system, automatic constant temperature control system, automatic bubble elimination control system, automatic pressure protection system, automatic interlock protection system and efficient degassing and water removal system to ensure the equipment working safely with high performance.
6. With novel design, compact structure, easy operation and online oil purification. It can work with nobody watching.
7. It can be used together with our regeneration device to discolor, remove acid, free carbon and lower the dielectric loss for aged transformer oil. (optional)8. It can also be equipped with automatic operated PLC, online moisture detector, flow meter etc. (optional)
