IT-180 mechanical surface tension meter/interface tension meter adopts an exquisite mechanical structure, consisting of torsion wire, platinum ring, sample holder, dial, vernier pointer, bracket, lever frame, fine-tuning worm gear pair, test worm gear pair, It is composed of key parts such as sample holder. During operation, the torque is applied to the torsion wire by the rotation of the test worm gear pair, and the platinum ring in contact with the liquid surface of the torsion force balances the surface tension of the liquid. When the torsion of the torsion wire continues to increase, the surface of the liquid being tested is broken , The twisting angle of the torsion wire, the value indicated by the cursor on the dial, multiplied by the positive factor, and the measured surface tension and interface tension of the liquid are obtained.
