Introduction:

According to the HJ637-2018 national standard, it fully automatically uses tetrachlorethylene magnetic stirring to extract oil substances in water, and then uses an oil-water separation membrane to replace anhydrous sodium sulfate to isolate impurities and moisture. The solution of oil and tetrachlorethylene was separated and the total extract oil content was determined. At the same time, after the polar substances such as animal and vegetable oils are removed by magnesium silicate adsorption, petroleum is determined. The total extract and petroleum content are determined by wave numbers of 2930cm-1 (stretching vibration of C-H bond in CH2 group), 2960cm-1 (stretching vibration of C-H bond in CH3 group) and 3030cm-1 (stretching vibration of C-H bond in aromatic ring). The absorbance at the stretching vibration band A2930, A2960 and A3030 was calculated.
This instrument is mainly used to measure the oil content in domestic sewage and industrial wastewater. At the same time, it can also measure the petroleum content in surface water and groundwater.
