ASTM D323, GB/T8017 Saturated Vapor Pressure Measuring Machine for Petroleum Products
Application:
This instrument is designed and manufactured under the requirements of standard GB/T8017, ASTM D323. It is applied to test the vapor pressure of gasoline, volatile crude oil and other petroleum products.
Features:
1. Large-screen LCD display, embedded system control, automatically giving results, real-time display of pressure curve.
2. Water bath heating through electric heating, with circulating stir pump, small temperature difference.
3. With three test bombs in bath, and the parallel test of the samples can be carried out on the instrument.
4. The instrument is horizontal type. Both water bath and the vapor pressure test bombs are stainless steel material with good anti-rust performance.
5. Test test bomb is of automatic rotation oscillation in repeated cycle with pressure correction device.

1. Water bath temperature: room temperature ~ 80 ºC ± 0.1 ºC (temperature control point 37.8 ± 0.1 ºC)
2. Display accuracy: LCD, 0.1KPa.
3. Pressure measuring range: 0 ~ 200KPa.
4. Oscillation mode: horizontal and automatic positive and negative rotation.
5. Bomb volume: Air chamber: 2 × Φ51 × 254 ± 3mm
Gasoline room: 2 × Φ51 × 63.5 ± 3mm
V air: V steam = 3.95 ~ 4.05
6. Power supply: AC220V ± 10% 50HZ
7. Optional saturated steam pressure dedicated circulating cold bath is available according to demand.
