Applications:

TP-001B Pour Point & Cloud Point & Condensation Point & Cold Filter Point Tester is a multi-functional low temperature measuring instrument with cascade compressor refrigeration technology. It is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB/T 3535, GB/T6986 (Equivalent to ASTM D2500), GB/T510, SH/T 0248-2006 and ASTM D97. It is used to determine the pour point, cloud point, condensation point and cold filter point of petroleum products. The analysis tests in the above standards can all be completed on this instrument, which can realize the multi-purpose function of one machine. The random configuration includes the necessary parts for the test which can be completed without additional spare parts.The components and compressors are imported.
 

Features:

1. One machine with four functions, can do pour point, cloud point, condensation point, cold filter point test. (Note: cold filter point is optional)
2. With the same test method, two groups of tests can be done in parallel.
3. Compressor cascade refrigeration with fast cooling speed, meeting the requirements for test temperature.
4. Digital display temperature, with PID self-tuning function, high temperature control accuracy.
5. Digital display time, automatic alarm at regular intervals.
6. The test tube can be tilted 45° to meet the requirements of condensation point test.
7. Equipped with a suction filter device to maintain a stable water pressure difference at a specified flow rate.
