Introduction:

The DIL-100Z automatic tester for distillation is an automatic distillation analysis instrument for measuring the atmospheric distillation range of petroleum products. The instrument is subjected to distillation measurement according to the following standards: ASTM D86, ASTM D850, ASTM D1078.
The DIL-100Z automatic tester for distillation includes a heater with automatic fire extinguishing function, a condenser temperature control system and a receiving chamber temperature control system. The IPC sends the test parameters to the instrument through a distillation procedure and controls the distillation test according to the start command. After the test, the DIL-100Z control program saves the test data to the database for future recall. A comprehensive report can be printed upon request.
