Application:
Series TYS stainless steel oil purification and decoloration machine can quickly remove water, gases, particles, residues and harmful pigments etc. from the oil so as to improve its quality and purity. This product is specially designed to purify the lubricating oil, heavy diesel oil applied in power plants, ships, large machinery equipment and treat edible rapeseed oil, tea oil, and peanut oil etc.

Features:

1. Strong ability to remove impurities. The machine can remove fine particles from the oil by the big-cubage precision filter material.
2.Completely physical treatment of dehydration, degasification, decoloration, and the removal of impurities, with no effects on the components and performance of the oil.
3. Advanced condensation system with large power and large volume industrial fan. Equipped with an aluminum heat ex-changer with large heating exchange area, having a good effect and fast speed pf condensation.
4.Simple, safe, and reliable, the machine is equipped with pressure protection, automatic temperature control heating system, automatic level control system, automatic separation of the condensed water drainage device, and online operation system.
5.Adopting the high-quality filter material, the machine is of corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, high mechanical strength, high precision, and long service life.
6.Unique degasification and dehydration system: adopting three-dimensional evaporation technology, multi-level oil-water separation technology, the machine can rapidly separate water, gases and impurities from the oil.
