Infrared oil measuring instrument uses infrared spectrophotometry to scan the sample for monochromatic spectrum. It can display and print the wave position of the sample spectrum and absorption peak, and can measure the oil concentration in the sample.
- Detachable integrated optical system, the instrument is small in size, light in weight and good stability;
- The electric modulation light source is used to reduce the heat generation intensity of the light source, which is beneficial to the system heat dissipation;
- No mechanical cutting motion device, which simplifies the structure of the instrument and improves the reliability of the instrument;
- The sensor signal processing adopts a lock-in amplifier circuit to improve the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and detection limit of the instrument;
- The instrument can check whether the purity of the extractant meets the measurement needs;
- Various non-carbon chlorine and carbon chloride organic solvents such as tetrachloroethylene and carbon tetrachloride can be used as extracting agents;
- Can be used as an infrared spectrophotometer;
- The colorimetric cell structure is suitable for 1 to 5 cm cuvettes;
- The structure is simple, and the instrument optical system and electrical system are highly integrated;
- The operation is simple, the measurement speed is fast, the sample is measured once, the full spectrum scan is about 40 seconds, and the non-dispersion method is 2 seconds;
- The software is powerful, the measurement data and spectrum can be saved to the hard disk, and the spectrum can be inquired and printed at any time, and has functions such as automatic zero adjustment and regression equation calculation.
