This instrument complies with GB/T7305, GB/T7305-2003, ASTM D1401 for the determination of anti-emulsification performance (water separability )of petroleum oil and synthetic liquid. It is suitable for the determination of oil products with a kinematic viscosity of 28.8-90 mm2/s at 40 ºC, at test temperature of 54±1 ºC, a viscosity of more than 90 mm2/s, and a test temperature of 82±1 ºC; it is also suitable for the determination of oil products at room temperature-100 ºC.
The instrument uses the Chinese and English touch screen menu operation, convenient and intuitive, easy to operate, and the test motor automatically lifts and mixes automatically.
The instrument adopts PID self -fixed temperature control technology and A -level PT100 sensor. The analog signal is converted into digital signals through A/D to achieve high precision control of temperature. The screen also prompts parameters such as the mixing time of the sample.
