This equipment EOS is applicable for recycling engine oil, gear oil, hydraulic oil, form oil, rail oil, compressor oil,
vacuum pump oil, axle oil, slideway oil, bearing oil, turbine oil, cylinder oil, drawing oil, conduction oil, quenching
oil, insulation oil and rolling oil in industries of petroleum, chemical, cement, metallurgy, mining, electricity, shipbuilding,
machinery, military, rubber, instrumentation, transportation, building materials, paper making etc. It is mainly for
the waste engine oil in various automobile repair plants and 4S stores, floating mixed oils and light coal tar oil which
are from various industrial and mining enterprises and flow into sewer, schizolytic crude oils of straws and firewood.
After distillation classification treatment, the oil is processed to base oil and diesel. It will never reverse color.
1. Gasification reaction still: designed regarding the production scale; equipped inside with material adding preheating tube;
heat source adopts infrared electrical heater or coal etc.
2. Catalytic tower: made regarding production scale; with clapboards inside and downside the tower; with highly efficient
chemical filler upside which is adjusted regarding the season and customer requirement.
3. Cooler: cooling water enters from the bottom and flows out of the top.
4. Oil water separator: adopts the principle that water has bigger density than oil to layered and separately discharged oil
5. Oil gas separator: recycle the non-condensable gases into furnace to be burned or purified and then discharged out. It both resolves environment protection problem and saves fuel.
6. Fire arrester: it is actually a liquid phase epitaxy seal which contains water downside. Non-condensable gases enter into the water and then come out; then the gases are sent through gas pipeline into the
furnace to be burned, which can prevent gases to flow back to avoid fire disaster caused by backfire.
7. Preheating tank: preheat the material by the flue temperature to remove water.
Working principle and flow chart
We adopt the technology of different material's molecular motion is different to achieve the separation of substances.
Firstly, pre filter the oil by removal of big particulates in oil, and then pumped into distillation tower and heated. During
the process, the molecular which is distilled enough energy escape from the molecular level. Between Less than the
mean free path of molecules and larger than the light weight of the molecular mean free path, a condenser provided
at the surface, so that the light molecules is condensed continuously. In this way, extract the desired component from
the waste oil (The process can be carried out at temperatures far below the boiling point, low pressure distillation,not
easily oxidized. Lighter molecules escape from the surface , almost without collisions to reach the condensing surface
, so the heating time is very short. It is high storage rate of volatile and high heat-sensitive material).
The distilled oil is storage in oil tank. Through dehydration, degasification process to remove the dissolved water and
dissolved gas completely. Then the oil is pumped into secondary filter and fine filter to remove tiny particulate.
If the out oil has not yet reached the color and transparency as you required , It can be pumped into the reactor through
the oil out pump , adding the adsorbent material by physical method to discolor and then through a filter press to
separate liquid and solid. Then filtered by secondary and fine filter again. Finally, we get good new oil.

Introduction of used oil
Waste engine oil means the waste lube oil displaced from various machines, vehicles and ships. When lube oil gets polluted
by the outside during use to generate lots of colloid and oxides, it reduces even loses functions of friction control, anti-attrition, cooling, sealing isolation, vibration reduction etc. That is how the waste engine oil comes and when it needs to be
displaced. Lube oil is much widely used in of cars and ships' engine, transmission, gear and turbine gearing quenching,
lubrication, water tank and cooling system, auto gear box, gear oil (used for manual gear box), braking and clutching system,
crankcase, transformer of electrical system and transmission parts of various machines etc.
No matter the engine oil is used in big machines and ships, or in big or small cars, it must be changed at least once every month.
As is well-known, the engine oil is expensive. No matter how expensive it is, every department still needs to use it, and the quantity will only increase. According to statistics, every month the engine oil which needs to be changed
reaches several million tons. The quantity is so big but very small part gets recycled. Most of displaced waste engine oil is
poured out on site or burnt, which wastes much resource but also causes serious pollution.Only fully using the waste engine
oil to be regenerated to be product engine oil, or refined to be gasoline and diesel can reduce the imbalance between supply
and demand of petroleum shortage with ever-growing need. Also it will help environment protection to make waste profitable, create considerable economic benefit,
and help some people get off poverty to get rich, which is much a promising prospect. The technology is simple and easy
to learn with strong intuition, suitable for factories, groups and private production and management. As we can foresee, developing and recycling rich waste oil resource must be one of the emerging industries which have most developing potential in 21st century.

conclude a set of distillation technique of high quality with less cost, less process and high efficiency. The tech utilizes the difference of volatilization ability among each mixture components (namely the difference of saturated vapor pressure of each component at the
same temperature). Drived by heat energy, it makes liquid mixture form two phases of gas and liquid which do heat and mass transfer when contacted with each other. As a result, volatile components get densified in gas phase and less volatile components get
concentrated in liquid phase to achieve the separation of liquid mixtures. The bigger volatilization ability difference among each components is, the easier separation will be. The oil yield of waste engine oil reaches 80%-95% (the oil yield differs by the origin of waste engine oil.) The oil quality is close to standard.
