Product Description

1. Description of equipment usage:

This instrument is designed and manufactured according to the requirements specified in the National Standard of the People's Republic of China GB/T5332 "Test Method for Ignition Temperature of Flammable Liquids and Gases" (equivalent to DL/T706 IEC79-4:95 Standard). Used to determine the ignition temperature of chemically pure flammable liquid vapors and gases in air at atmospheric pressure. That is to say, it is used to measure the lowest temperature when the sample (running oil, fire-resistant oil) burns in the flask.
 

1. Principle of the instrument:

After heating the open conical flask with a volume of 200ml to a certain temperature, inject a certain amount of flammable liquid or gas sample into the conical flask, and observe whether ignition occurs in the flask in a dark room. By repeating the test with different temperatures and different sample sizes, take the lowest temperature of the flask when ignition occurs as the ignition temperature of the sample.

   3. The metal high-temperature furnace, the furnace body and the bottom and upper cover of the furnace body are respectively provided with heaters of different powers. The three heaters can be controlled independently.
