Application:
Designed with the principle of Light Obscuration (Light Blockage), the instrument is used to detect the size and quantity of the particle in the liquid. Equipped with viscosity and moisture sensors, the instrument can also detect the viscosity and water content of the oil, which is widely applied in aviation, aerospace, electricity, petrochemical, transportation ports, metallurgy, machine, automobile manufacturing and other fields for the detection of solid particle pollution level, viscosity and water content of the hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, transformer oil (insulating oil), gas turbine oil (turbine oil), gear oil, engine oil, aviation kerosene, water-based hydraulic oil etc.
Features:
1.The test principle of the light resistance (shading) method specified by the International Hydraulic Standards Committee.
2.High precision laser sensor, wide test range, stable performance, low noise and high resolution.
3.High-precision bidirectional plunger metering pump sampling method, adjustable sampling speed, high sampling volume accuracy.
4.The pipeline is made of 316L and PTFE material, which is corrosion-resistant and meets the detection of various organic solvents and oils.
5.Used for laboratory or field measurement, optional pressure reducing device for online high pressure measurement.
6. External pressure chamber can be connected to form positive/negative pressure to realize detection of high viscosity samples and negative pressure degassing of samples.
7.A variety of sampling containers such as standard sampling bottles and sampling cups can be used, or directly connected to the hydraulic system for online testing to meet the testing requirements of different industries.
8.Built-in multiple calibration curves, compatible with all common domestic and foreign standards for calibration.
9.Automatic calibration, manual calibration and half-count calibration are available.
10.Built-in more than ten common standards such as GJB-420A, GJB-420B, NAS1638, GB/T14039, ISO4406, SAE4059cpc, SAE4059F, SAE749D, ГOCT17216, QC/T29104, JB/T9737, DLT432, HH005-2018, etc. Output data results under all built-in standards, support custom standard testing, and set 64 detection channels at the same time according to customer needs.
