Oily sewage is produced in the process of petroleum exploitation, petroleum refining, petrochemical industry, oil storage and transportation, ship shipping, vehicle cleaning, machinery manufacturing, food processing and so on. As a common pollution, oil pollution does great harm to environmental protection and ecological balance. We have fully studied this, obtained effective oil removal methods, and continue to innovate. Technical principle
The oil recovery is one of the models in the dynamic balance overflow oil collector series. On the basis of dynamic equilibrium overflow oil collection technology, it is a completely innovative oil collector developed by combining negative pressure gravity separation, advection coalesce separation and other new technologies.
Dynamic balance overflow oil collection technology is through the suction device, the formation of oil collection cylinder outside the liquid level is higher than the liquid level inside the collection cylinder of the liquid level difference. It enables the oil slick collection cylinder to form an overflow layer from the outside of the cylinder to the inside of the cylinder above the surface of the water during operation. When the suction flow rate or water surface waves change, the thickness of the overflow layer will float up and down around the set parameters under the action of adaptive dynamic balance. When the suction flow rate is stable and the water surface waves are small, the thickness of the overflow layer remains basically stable, so that the floating oil flows continuously into the collection cylinder along the overflow layer. To realize high-efficiency and low-energy consumption of floating oil collection, regardless of whether there are waves or not, regardless of whether the flow rate changes, the overflow layer always exists and the collection process is always established. Moreover, by changing the flow rate, the thickness of the overflow layer can be changed to adapt to the ever-thinning oil slick, so as to minimize the collection energy consumption and maximize the efficiency.
The oil collected through the device often contains water. This machine uses advection agglomeration separation and gravity separation technology under negative pressure to avoid strong agitation emulsification by the pump. The original form is maintained for separation, making the separation process compact, efficient and thorough.
