Application

The Oil regeneration system (Series ZYB) has been specially designed for on site use to completely regenerate insulating oils in energized or de-energized transformers. The ZYB system provides regular oil purification such as degassing, drying and particulate removal but also can remove acidity, sludge, other soluble oil decay products and discoloration.  After treating, the oil can be reused as new. For special application, the system also can be mounted on a leak proof base and can be installed and operated on a trailer. Regular servicing of transformers with our equipment can substantially improve their lifetime and performance and on top helps to save money.

Besides the common vacuum oil purifier's function of dewatering, degassing and eliminating impurities, this machine can regenerate the seriously deteriorated oil by removing the polarity materials, such as the deep oxides, free carbon in the oil effectively. It can make the seriously deteriorated oil reach to the normal index like anti-oxides, acid- alkali water-solubility.

10. The machine adopts the double-infrared liquid automatic controller, pressure automatic-protector which
can make sure the machine works online for 150 hours continuously without person. So it is a reliable and
high automatically machine.
11. Adopt interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.

Working Principal:
a) Working principle: When the oil flows into the primary strainer under the pressure outside, big impurities are removed; when the oil with particles flows into vacuum pump after heating, the gas and water are removed, and the water vapor becomes water in cooler or is exhausted by vacuum pump; then the tiny particles get exterminated in the precision strainer; at last when the oil flows into the regeneration tank, the polarity material gets removed and the whole purification is finished.
b) According to different needs, the machine can realize 4 kinds oil treatment flows.
Flow 1:  It is suit to the oil, which is only need to degas and dehydrate. Circulation process:
oil inlet → primary filtering → heating → vacuum separating → oil pump → precision filtering → oil outlet
Flow 2:  It is not only satisfy the need of degassing and dehydrating, but also can remove the trace water and mechanic impurities. Circulation process:
oil inlet → primary filtering → heating → secondary filtering → vacuum separating → oil pump → precision filtering → oil outlet
Flow 3: It can regenerate oil after degassing and dehydrating. Circulation process:
oil inlet → primary filtering → heating → secondary filtering → vacuum separating → oil pump → precision filtering → regeneration → oil outlet
Flow 4: Vacuum pump doesn't work in this flow. The machine only regenerates the oil. The oil level should be higher than the position of chemicals, Circulation process:
Oil inlet → oil pump → regeneration → oil outlet
